• Parking is located behind our building. An additional gravel parking lot is located on the south side of our building (past the Arkona Appliance building).
   

• We have an accessible, level entrance on the south side of our building. Our front entrance has a small step.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment if you have not completed your medical history form.
   

• Arrive 5 minutes before your first appointment if you have completed your medical history form in advance.
   

• Wear shorts or loose fitting pants that can be rolled up above the knee.
